Charissa Verdoorn

Research Assistant, Seneca Environmental

Charissa supports Seneca Environmental’s work as a research intern. She is a current graduate student at University of Colorado Boulder’s Masters of the Environment program, specializing in renewable energy. Charissa also brings five years of experience as a classroom teacher, including three years teaching exclusively in Spanish, and three years of experience at Minnesota Interfaith Power & Light, a faith-based climate justice nonprofit. She has a BA in Elementary Education and Spanish from North Park University.
