Pre-Feasibility Assessment

We first work to understand your goals and analyze opportunities for your community to develop energy projects.

Feasibility Study

We collect data and analyze the technical and economic feasibility of a specific renewable energy project and provide a recommended path forward that meets your goals.

Project Planning and Oversight

We design and model projects, identify sources of capital, and can provide management and/or oversight during project development.

Project Development

We provide holistic solution development and delivery of renewable energy projects for Native communities.

Economic Development

We maximize positive community impacts, provide custom workforce development opportunities, and recommend trusted partners.

You Choose How to Develop Projects

Third-party ownership — minimizes capital requirements and risk:

  • Seneca Environmental develops project on land leased from Native community.
  • Seneca Environmental maximizes benefits for Native community through bill savings, land lease payments, and various government incentive programs.
  • Contract can include an option to buy project in future, if desired.

Ownership by Native community —maximizes long-term returns:

  • Seneca Environmental plans and manages construction of project.
  • Native community finances and pays directly for project.
  • Native community is responsible for project operations and maintenance (O&M).
